Cools quickly
This powerful blast chiller cools to 3ºC within 90 minutes and down to -18ºC in around four hours. It is equipped with an intelligent digital temperature controller and a core thermometer. You can use this blast chiller up to a maximum ambient temperature of 32ºC. The cooling system consists of a water evaporator and the refrigerant that is used is R290, which is free from CFC. To make transporting it easier, the blast chilled comes on wheels and is luxuriously finished with a recessed handle. The door is self-closing and fitted with an antibacterial rubber seal. Inside you will find rounded corners to prevent dirt from accumulating and so that it is easy to clean.
Easy cleaning
Cleaning this professional blast chiller is a simple task. But, before you can clean it, it must first be defrosted and the temperature must be the same as the ambient temperature. The appliance includes an automatic defrosting process. For thorough cleaning, you only need a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Do not use a lot of water so that you can keep the coating in good condition and prevent rust from forming on the inside. When cleaning fridges and freezers, it’s important to wipe them dry with a soft cloth before using them again.
