The rotating pump is perfectly capable of processing both light and heavy creams to give you a smooth and stable texture. Not only can you use it to make whipped cream, but both liquid cream and whipped cream can also be kept cooled in this machine. Liquid cream remains consistently chilled in the 5L tank at a temperature of 4⁰C, which is easily read using the digital temperature gauge. Because the container is cooled indirectly, there is no separation of fat and water. The appliance is also equipped with an air cooling system and the refrigerant R290 is used. In addition, it is easy to see how much liquid cream is in the tank through the transparent lid. It is also a very quiet machine with simple but robust control buttons.
Easy cleaning system
The housing, tank and drip tray holder of this professional whipped cream machine are all made from smooth stainless steel, which makes them very easy to clean. First, pour some hot water into the liquid tank. Follow this by pressing and holding the button until the entire flushing procedure is finished and no more water comes out. Any removable parts can be cleaned with a bit of warm water and a mild detergent. Just make sure to rinse thoroughly with clean water before drying and putting it back together again. The machine can also be disinfected using the flushing procedure.
