Description
The Bizerba VS 12 D-V-1 is an Automatic Slicer. This slicer features a table despositor and straight vertical feed. The housing, carriage and gauge plate are constructed of anodized aluminum. The 13” blade is coated in hard chromium. This model is adjustable for (3) speeds and (3) strokes. It can be set for (4) hours of intermittent slicing, and can produce shingle, slice and circular patterns.
The 13” blade is coated in hard chromium, allowing for long life. The unit can create slices that measure less than 0.94” in thickness. It can fit 15” long product without re-clamping. The shingling works in (3) rows, and it can be traditional and transverse. There is a built-in diagnostic program.
The VS 12 D-V-1 is an electric unit that runs on 120 Volts, 60 Hz, 1-phase and 4.2 Amps for 504 Watts. It utilizes a NEMA 5-15P plug.
