Description
The GSM130 is an electric heavy-duty dough mixer from Globe. Featuring powerful dual high torque motors and a spiral mixing action, gluten structures are developed slowly to reduce heat caused by friction. Automatic and manual controls are included along with two digital timers that assist in shifting from first to second speed allowing the right amount of kneading per portion. In addition, this unit is equipped with a sturdy stainless steel bowl guard to add ingredients easily while observing the mixing process.
